I'm a hybrid fitness instructor coaching both online and in person. I started KG FITNESS because I saw too many people struggling alone — jumping between programmes, losing motivation, and never really getting the results they deserved. I knew there was a better way.

Whether you need monthly programming with text support, accountability and weekly check-ins, or hands-on in-person coaching covering strength, overall fitness, and strength & conditioning — I've got you covered. In-person sessions start from just £15.

I'm based at Wensum Sports Centre in the heart of Norwich, NR1 for in-person sessions. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who's trained for years and hit a plateau, my job is to meet you where you are and build a realistic path forward.

My approach is simple:

  • Show up. Consistency beats perfection. I'll make sure you stay on track.
  • Follow the plan. Evidence-based programming tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
  • Stay accountable. That's what separates good intentions from real results.

I'm currently completing my Personal Trainer and UKSCA Strength & Conditioning coaching qualifications (expected June/July 2026), adding formal certification to my practical experience and evidence-based approach.
