I'm a personal trainer coaching both online and in person. Whether you need a weekly one-to-one session, structured monthly programming with ongoing support, or hands-on sessions covering strength, overall fitness and S&C, I've got you covered.
I specialise in helping people who feel stuck, whether that's with weight loss, confidence, or just not knowing where to start. My approach is simple: show up, follow the plan, stay accountable.

Monthly Personal Training with a weekly one-to-one session, or Online Coaching with full programming, accountability and weekly check-ins. Billed monthly, cancel any time.

Being in an emotionally challenging profession can really take a toll on your mental health, and that was the case for me. I needed a change, but I was too anxious to do anything about it. We meet at Wensum Sports Centre, discuss your goals and experience, then go through a tailored personal training session. It's about getting you moving well and building a plan, no pressure, no hard sell.
Not at all. I work with complete beginners through to experienced gym-goers. Every session is tailored to your current level and ability.
Monthly Personal Training includes a weekly one-to-one session, a custom training programme, nutrition guidance and weekly check-ins, with messaging support throughout the week. Online Coaching gives you the programming and support without the in-person sessions.
Single personal training sessions and the free consultation can be booked instantly. Online Coaching you can subscribe to directly. Monthly Personal Training needs a short application so I can make sure I can genuinely help you first.
Yes. For single personal training sessions you can choose to pay online via card, pay in person, or use session pack credits. Monthly memberships are billed automatically online.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full. Monthly memberships can be cancelled any time from your account.
